HICL Infrastructure PLC has executed a share buyback, purchasing 434,554 of its ordinary shares at an average price of 132.92 pence per share on September 9, 2024. The company now holds 11,342,641 shares in treasury, out of a total of 2,020,145,420 shares in issue, excluding treasury shares. These transactions are part of a previously announced share buyback programme, and HICL will initially hold these shares as treasury shares.
