HICL Infrastructure PLC has executed a share buyback programme as announced earlier on February 28, 2024, purchasing 433,087 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging from 125.40 to 127.40 pence per share on September 3, 2024. After this transaction, HICL now holds over 10 million shares in treasury out of the more than 2 billion shares issued, signaling a potential strategic move to boost shareholder value.
