HICL Infrastructure PLC has executed a share buyback, purchasing 500,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 128.2297 pence each, as part of its Programme announced earlier this year. Following the transaction, the company holds 9.4 million shares in treasury, while the total number of shares in issue excluding treasury shares stands at over 2 billion. The buyback may impact shareholders’ notification requirements under the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
