HICL Infrastructure PLC has executed a share buyback program, purchasing 350,000 ordinary shares at a weighted average price of 120.86 pence per share. This move is part of HICL’s strategy to manage its share capital effectively, with the purchased shares held as treasury shares. Following this transaction, HICL now has 20,543,534 shares in treasury, with the total voting rights standing at 2,010,944,527 shares.
