HICL Infrastructure PLC has executed a share buyback, purchasing 400,000 of its ordinary shares at an average price of 124.9868 pence each, as part of its previously announced programme. Following the transaction, the company holds 7,050,000 shares in treasury, with the remaining issued share capital amounting to 2,024,438,061 ordinary shares, excluding treasury shares.
