HICL Infrastructure PLC has successfully executed a share buyback as part of its previously announced programme, purchasing 500,000 ordinary shares on 17 September 2024. The transactions were carried out through RBC Europe Limited, with shares bought at prices ranging from 131.00 to 132.60 pence. After this buyback, HICL now holds over 12.5 million shares in treasury, while the total number of shares excluding those in treasury stands at approximately 2 billion.
