HICL Infrastructure PLC has successfully executed a share buyback, purchasing 500,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 128.2764 pence each on August 15, 2024, as part of its ongoing buyback programme. Following this transaction, HICL now holds 8,550,000 shares in treasury, with the total number of shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, at 2,022,938,061. The acquired shares are intended to be held as treasury shares, and the total voting rights in the company remain at 2,022,938,061.
