HICL Infrastructure PLC has successfully executed a share buyback, purchasing 400,000 ordinary shares at a weighted average price of 125 pence each, as part of its previously announced share buyback programme. Following this transaction, HICL now holds 5.8 million shares in treasury out of the total 2.025 billion shares in issue, excluding treasury shares. This strategic move is part of HICL’s capital management efforts and will affect shareholder voting rights calculations.
