Hiap Tong Corporation Ltd has announced organizational changes following its Annual General Meeting, including the appointment of Mr. Yee Chia Hsing as a Non-Executive Independent Director and the retirement of Mr. Tay Seo Long from the same role. Mr. Yee will also serve as Chairman of the Audit Committee and be a member of the Nominating and Remuneration Committees.
