Hiap Hoe Limited has successfully passed all proposed resolutions at its annual general meeting with overwhelming majority votes, including the approval of the latest financial statements, the sanctioning of a final dividend of 0.5 Singapore cent per ordinary share, and the re-election of directors Mr Teo Ho Beng and Mr Teo Keng Joo, Marc.
