HGL Investments Acquires Stake in My Foodie Box

My Foodie Box Limited (AU:MBX) has released an update.

HGL Investments Pty Ltd has become a substantial holder in My Foodie Box Limited, controlling a 7.13% voting power through 9,926,237 ordinary shares. The acquisition was the result of the cancellation of other existing shares in the company. HGL Investments is associated with Hancock & Gore Limited, which is the holding company.
