HG Metal Manufacturing Limited successfully convened its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on April 26, 2024, at its headquarters in Singapore, with a quorum present and company leaders, including the Chairman and Executive Director, in attendance. The meeting proceeded without substantial questions from shareholders, following a pre-AGM query session handled by the Securities Investors Association (Singapore). All resolutions proposed at the AGM were subject to poll voting, which requires a simple majority for passage.
