HG Metal Manufacturing Limited convened an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on June 27, 2024, at their premises in Singapore, led by the Independent Non-Executive Chairman, Mr. Ong Hwee Li. Directors and the CFO were present, and the meeting proceeded without any pre-submitted queries from shareholders. All resolutions were decided by a poll vote, as stipulated by the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited’s rules, with the Chairman appointed as a proxy for certain shareholders.
