Hexaom SA has signed an agreement to acquire a 75.5% stake in the HDV Group, a house builder based in Nouvelle Aquitaine and Loiret, which achieved a turnover of €98 million in 2023. This strategic acquisition is expected to be immediately beneficial and is set to finalize by early 2025, enhancing Hexaom’s position in the French housing market.
