Hexagon Composites (HXGCF) has released an update.
Hexagon Composites ASA successfully raised NOK 300 million through a private placement of 8,450,704 new shares at NOK 35.50 each. The funds are earmarked for strategic acquisitions, boosting working capital for growth, supporting subsidiaries, maintaining debt ratios, and general corporate purposes. The new share capital will result in Hexagon having a total of 210,070,416 shares outstanding.
