Hesai Group Class B ( (HK:2525) ) has issued an update.
Hesai Group reported a surge in lidar shipments for 2025, with ADAS lidar units more than tripling and robotics lidar volumes increasing over fourfold, lifting total shipments to more than 1.6 million units. Net revenues rose 45.8% to RMB3,027.6 million, while gross margin held broadly steady at 41.8% despite aggressive volume growth.
The company turned profitable on a GAAP basis, posting RMB435.9 million in net income versus a loss a year earlier, and non-GAAP net income jumped sharply as well. Management highlighted that Hesai now holds over 40% of the long-range automotive lidar market, has design wins with all top ten Chinese automakers, is expanding into mass-market and higher-level ADAS applications, and plans to scale annual production capacity above 4 million units in 2026 to meet rising demand across automotive and robotics segments.
