Hertz Energy Inc. has announced the resignation of founding director Robert W. Barker and the appointment of Jamie L. Hogue, who brings over two decades of strategic leadership and financial expertise, to its Board of Directors. Alongside the board change, Hogue was granted options to purchase 150,000 shares at $0.20 each, vesting over one year. The company, known for its exploration of energy metals, owns several lithium projects and a uranium property in Canada and Brazil.
