Hertz Energy Inc. has clarified details of its investor relations agreement with marketing firm Outside The Box Capital Inc., which will provide social media marketing and online media distribution services. The agreement includes the issuance of 500,000 options to purchase Hertz shares and a $25,000 payment to OTBC. Hertz Energy is actively involved in lithium exploration, with significant projects in Québec’s James Bay Lithium District.
