Hertz Energy Inc. announced a non-brokered LIFE private placement of up to 5,000,000 units at $0.40 per unit, for gross proceeds of up to $2,000,000, with each unit comprising one common share and a half warrant exercisable at $0.60 for 24 months. Proceeds will fund exploration at its newly optioned Crag and Rod properties and the Craig Silver Project in Yukon, as well as the Tungmony project in New Brunswick, and for working capital.
The company also plans a flow-through offering of up to 6,000,000 flow-through units at $0.50 per unit to raise up to $3,000,000, each unit including a flow-through share and a half warrant on the same terms. These funds will be dedicated to qualifying Canadian exploration expenses on the Crag and Rod and Tungmony projects, with expenditures to be incurred by the end of 2027 and renounced to investors by the end of 2026, reinforcing Hertz’s push to advance high-grade silver and critical metals exploration in key Canadian belts.
