Hertz Energy Inc. is set to reorganize its uranium assets, including the Cominco Uranium Project in Nunavut and prospecting licenses in Namibia, into a new entity called Hertz Uranium. This strategic move is aimed at enhancing shareholder value by capitalizing on the robust uranium market, which has seen prices soar by over 52%. The spin-out will also enable Hertz Energy to focus on its lithium projects in Quebec’s emerging lithium district.
