Héroux-Devtek Acquisition by Platinum Equity Advances

Heroux-Devtek (TSE:HRX) has released an update.

Héroux-Devtek, the world’s third-largest landing gear manufacturer, has received court approval for its acquisition by Platinum Equity, satisfying a key condition for the proposed arrangement. The acquisition, which is also clear of any further action under the UK’s National Security and Investment Act, awaits additional regulatory approvals expected by the end of the fiscal year.
