Héroux-Devtek Acquired by Platinum Equity

Heroux-Devtek (TSE:HRX) has released an update.

Héroux-Devtek, an international aerospace products manufacturer and third-largest landing gear producer, has announced its acquisition by Platinum Equity for $32.50 per share, a premium to its current trading price. The deal, valued at approximately $1.35 billion, is backed by the company’s Board and senior management, some of whom will reinvest in the acquiring entity. This strategic move is aimed to bolster Héroux-Devtek’s global market presence and growth.
