HERIGE SA has announced a new share buyback program following authorization from its general meeting on May 31, 2024. The program aims to repurchase up to 10% of the share capital for various corporate objectives, including employee share allocations and market liquidity, with a maximum purchase price set at €60 per share. The duration of this program extends 18 months from the authorization date.
