Hercules Resources Corp has solidified a $5 million equity financial deal with Crescita Capital LLC, aimed at enhancing the company’s growth and market position. The three-year agreement allows Hercules flexible access to the funds for asset acquisition and development, with provisions for unit issuance at discounted market prices. The partnership commences with immediate financial benefit to Crescita in the form of shares as part of commission and consulting fees.
