Hercules Resources Corp., a Canadian gold exploration firm, has successfully settled a $14,000 debt with a consultant by issuing 52,830 common shares at $0.265 each. The shares are subject to a statutory hold period until August 18, 2024. Hercules is known for its innovative and sustainable practices in gold projects within Ecuador and Canada.
