Hercules Resources Corp has finalized an amendment to its agreement with Crescita Capital LLC, securing a $5 million equity investment facility. Under the new terms, Hercules will issue shares to Crescita worth $300,000 as a commission and additional shares valued at $2,500 for consulting fees. The deal, which is still pending shareholder approval and CSE regulatory clearance, aims to bolster the company’s financial position for growth.
