Hercules Resources Corp. has announced a binding letter of intent to acquire a 20% interest in the VMP Project in Ecuador for $650,000, marking a significant step into the country’s growing mining sector. The VMP Project, consisting of three mining concessions, encompasses 162 hectares rich in geological diversity, which includes the potential for porphyry mineralization. Recent exploration has identified 13 epi-mesothermal veins with promising historical gold grades in the La Palizada Area.
