Hercules Resources Corp. has terminated its investment and advisory agreement with Cresita Capital and will seek alternative funding sources. The company has also decided not to continue with the acquisition of an interest in the VMP Mining Project from True North Liberty SRL. Hercules remains focused on its gold exploration endeavors in Ecuador and Canada.
