Herbal Dispatch to Adjourn Shareholder Meeting Amid Postal Strike

Luff Enterprises (TSE:HERB) has released an update.

Herbal Dispatch Inc. has announced its intention to adjourn its annual general and special meeting of shareholders due to the ongoing Canadian Union of Postal Workers strike. The meeting, originally scheduled for December 16, 2024, will be reconvened once the strike is resolved, but no later than June 16, 2025. Despite the adjournment, all submitted proxies remain valid and can be received up to two business days before the new meeting date.
