HERA S.p.A. ( (IT:HER) ) has shared an update.

Hera’s shareholders approved the 2025 financial statements, confirming the group’s solid financial position and its strategy of sustainable growth. EBITDA reached €1,537.2 million, slightly below 2024 due to non-recurring items last year, while net profit attributable to shareholders rose 3.9% on a like-for-like basis. Investments grew 19.5% to €1,028 million, mainly in water and environmental infrastructures, with a strong focus on energy transition, circular economy and projects aligned with EU Taxonomy rules, and the group distributed €2,102 million of economic value to stakeholders in the territories served.

The meeting also approved an increased dividend of €0.16 per share, up 6.7% from the previous payout and above the former plan, implying a 4% yield based on year-end 2025 prices and setting a higher path for future distributions. Shareholders renewed the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors for three years, confirming Executive Chairman Cristian Fabbri and CEO Orazio Iacono, and appointing a majority of independent directors, moves that reinforce governance continuity and underpin Hera’s long-term industrial and sustainability plan to 2029.
