Heptamax International Limited’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Heptamax International (M) Sdn. Bhd., has entered into a joint venture agreement with Mr. Lum Chee Seng, Mr. Tan Wai Hong, and Mr. Phan Lick Hong to form a joint venture company in Malaysia. The joint venture aims to leverage Mr. Lum’s extensive experience in business development and emerging technologies to support its strategic priorities, with the subsidiary holding a majority stake of 51% in the new company.
