D-Market Electronic Services & Trading, also known as Hepsiburada, has announced the updated composition of its Board Committees, including the Audit, Risk, and Corporate Governance Committees, in compliance with Turkish Commercial Code. The company has appointed new members and maintained the independence of directors in accordance with SEC and Nasdaq rules. Additionally, the Risk Committee will transition to an Early Detection of Risk Committee, meeting more frequently to proactively address risks starting in 2025.
