On January 31, 2025, Hepsiburada announced the results of its Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (EGM) where significant changes were made to the company’s board and governance structure. The shareholders approved a reduction in board size and elected new members, including Mikheil Lomtadze as Chairman and Yuri Didenko as Vice Chairman. Changes were also made to the Articles of Association, notably removing privileges for Class A shares and revising several articles.
