Henry Boot (GB:BOOT) has released an update.
Henry Boot PLC’s development arm, HBD, has received planning consent for SPARK, a £110m industrial and logistics hub in Walsall, marking a significant development for the Midlands’ manufacturing and logistics economy. The project, set to create up to 1,100 jobs, includes three units totaling 464,000 sq ft and is expected to start construction in Q4 2024 with completion aimed for summer 2025. SPARK benefits from its strategic location and sustainable construction, which is already attracting occupier interest.
