Henry Boot ( (GB:BOOT) ) has shared an announcement.
Henry Boot PLC has granted conditional share awards under its 2025 Long Term Incentive Plan to executive directors and other senior managers, including Chief Executive Officer Timothy Andrew Roberts and Chief Financial Officer Darren Louis Littlewood. The awards, which carry no purchase price and are due to vest in April 2029, align management incentives with shareholder interests over the long term.
Vesting of the awards is contingent on performance targets linked to earnings per share, return on average capital employed, total shareholder return, cuts in Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions and improved senior management gender balance over a three-year period to 31 December 2028. The plan includes a two-year post-vesting holding period for executive directors and executive committee members, strengthening governance and reinforcing the company’s focus on financial, sustainability and diversity outcomes.
The most recent analyst rating on (GB:BOOT) stock is a Buy with a £231.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Henry Boot stock, see the GB:BOOT Stock Forecast page.
Spark’s Take on BOOT Stock
According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, BOOT is a Neutral.
The score is held back primarily by weak cash flow in 2025 (negative operating and free cash flow) and bearish technicals (price below all key moving averages with negative MACD). These risks are partly offset by a very conservative balance sheet and a reasonable valuation with a supportive dividend yield.
