Henry Boot PLC has announced the completion of a £15m industrial and logistics unit at Airport Business Park Southend and secured planning consent for an additional 75,000 square feet of space, marking significant expansion in the region. The project, in partnership with Southend-on-Sea City Council, demonstrates Henry Boot’s commitment to providing premium, purpose-built sites for businesses, addressing the high demand and shortage of industrial space in Southend.
