Hengxin Technology Ltd. has successfully passed a resolution during their extraordinary general meeting held on July 26, 2024. The resolution involved revoking a previous decision related to the 2023 financial reports and adopting revised financial statements in accordance to Singapore Financial Reporting Standards. Shareholders voted unanimously in favor of the resolution, which required over 50% approval to pass.
