Hengxin Technology Ltd. has announced significant changes to its leadership team, effective from 24 August 2024, including the resignations of Dr. Song Haiyan and Mr. Du Xiping from their executive and non-executive roles, respectively. The company has appointed Mr. Tao Shunxiao and Mr. Zeng Guowei as non-executive directors, with Mr. Peng Yinan stepping in as the new authorised representative.
