Hengxin Technology Ltd. has announced an extraordinary general meeting scheduled for 26 July 2024, to discuss and potentially reverse a previous resolution regarding the adoption of financial statements and reports for the year ended 31 December 2023. Shareholders have the right to appoint proxies for voting and need to complete related formalities ahead of the meeting. The meeting will also serve to adopt revised financial documentation prepared in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
