Hengxin Technology Ltd. has announced that its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) will be held on July 10, 2024, for shareholders to vote on a significant acquisition and connected transaction. Share transfers will not be processed during the book closure period from July 9 to July 10, 2024. Shareholders must lodge their share transfers by July 8, 2024, to be eligible to attend the EGM.
