Heng Tai Consumables Group Limited has amended the terms of their major transaction involving the subscription of bonds from China Healthwise Holdings Limited, extending the completion and long stop date to 30 November 2024. The conditions precedent were modified accordingly, and the company has announced a delay in distributing the circular to shareholders, now expected by 8 November 2024.
