Henderson Investment Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Chen Fok Lan as an Executive Director effective from 16 July 2024. Ms. Chen, who has over 30 years of experience in the retail sector, is currently the Deputy General Manager of the Group’s retail operations and a director of a subsidiary. The Board has extended a warm welcome to Ms. Chen and disclosed her director’s fee, while stating no specific term for her appointment, subject to standard corporate governance practices.
