Ms. Chen, who has over 30 years of experience in the retail sector, is currently the Deputy General Manager of the Group’s retail operations and a director of a subsidiary. The Board has extended a warm welcome to Ms. Chen and disclosed her director’s fee, while stating no specific term for her appointment, subject to standard corporate governance practices.
