Hemlo Explorers Inc. has upsized its private placement offering to $2 million due to robust investor interest, aiming to fund exploration and advancement of its Newfoundland area projects as well as for general corporate needs. The offering will consist of units and flow-through shares, both priced at $0.05, with a statutory hold period for securities issued.
