Helloworld Travel Ltd (AU:HLO) has released an update.

Andrew Burnes, a director of Helloworld Travel Ltd, has increased his direct shareholding in the company by 100,000 ordinary fully paid shares, with the transaction valued at $185,600. The shares were acquired on-market, taking his total direct ownership to 10,695,531 shares. This change in director’s interest has been duly reported to the ASX in accordance with the listing rules.
