Helloworld Director Buys Shares, Increases Stake

Helloworld Travel Ltd (AU:HLO) has released an update.

Helloworld Travel Limited has announced a change in director Andrew Burnes’ interests, reporting an on-market acquisition of 50,000 additional shares, valued at $101,800. Following this purchase, Burnes now holds a direct interest of 10,595,531 shares, with an unchanged indirect interest through entities he’s associated with. The transaction did not occur during a closed period requiring prior clearance.
