Hellenic Dynamics PLC, a medical cannabis producer, has announced a delay in publishing its final results for 2024 due to incomplete information for auditors, including confirmation of a €1 million loan. Consequently, the company’s shares have been temporarily suspended from trading on the Financial Conduct Authority’s Official List, with an expectation to resolve matters and publish results in August 2024.
