Helix Exploration Plc, a company specializing in helium exploration within the ‘Montana Helium Fairway’, has announced the exercise of warrants that will result in the issuance of 220,000 new ordinary shares, raising £22,000 for the firm. These shares are expected to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange around August 9, 2024. The company is advancing its helium projects with drilling started in Q3 2024 and first production aimed for Q4 2025.
