Helios Underwriting has announced a scrip dividend reference price of 183.5p per share for the 6.0p per share total dividend for the year ending December 31, 2023. The price is based on the average closing market share price for a five-day period after the ex-dividend date of June 6, 2024. Shareholders must approve the proposed dividend at the Annual General Meeting on June 28, 2024, before the allotment of new shares for trading on July 12, 2024.
