Helios Underwriting Issues Scrip Dividend Shares

Helios Underwriting (GB:HUW) has released an update.

Helios Underwriting has announced that shareholders have elected to receive a Scrip Dividend for the final dividend of 2023, resulting in the issuance of 164,460 new ordinary shares, which is 6.73% of the current shares in issue, excluding treasury-held shares. The dividend will be paid on 12 July 2024, with an equivalent admission of new shares on the London Stock Exchange. Helios Underwriting is a unique investment entity providing access to Lloyd’s of London insurance market.
