Helios Underwriting reports a strong performance in 2023, with a significant increase in profits and a comprehensive profit of £29.9 million, driven by favorable market conditions and a successful strategy to build capacity portfolio. The company’s growth is underpinned by an increased gross capacity portfolio to £507 million and the strategic management of a balanced Lloyd’s syndicate participations portfolio. During their AGM, Helios outlined plans for future growth, enhanced third-party capital involvement, and a commitment to improving governance with new board appointments.
